Refund Policy for Eagle Booking Plugin
If you need a refund for your Eagle Booking plugin purchase, we’re here to help. Please read the policy below before submitting a request.
Our goal is to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase—whether it’s a new license, a renewal, or an upgrade. To support this, we offer a 14-day refund window from the date of payment.
Important Details
Refunds apply only to the original purchase, renewal, or upgrade and must be requested within 14 days of the transaction.
Once a refund request is submitted, your license will be immediately canceled and deactivated, and all future auto-renewals will be stopped.
A canceled license cannot be reactivated, renewed, or restarted.
Restrictions
Refunds are only available for full transactions. Partial refunds are not possible.
We cannot refund unused license time or apply coupon/discount codes retroactively.
Licenses cannot be downgraded to a lower plan.
If you have already reported a payment as fraudulent with your bank, we cannot process a refund—please contact us directly first.
Terms & Discretion
By purchasing the Eagle Booking plugin, you agree to our Terms of Use, including this Refund Policy.
After the 14-day refund period has expired, the purchase is considered accepted, and no further refunds can be granted.
Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of the Eagle Booking Team. Customers who have previously received a refund for this plugin may not be eligible for another.
How to Request a Refund
Refunds must be requested through your Account Dashboard.
Requests sent via email, contact form, or social media will not be processed.
Processing Time
We aim to process refunds quickly, but please allow up to 7 days.
Your payment provider may take additional time to finalize the refund, depending on their policies.
Please note that we cannot issue a separate refund receipt.
Refund Amount
Refunds cover the exact amount paid for the transaction.
Payments made in foreign currencies may vary slightly upon refund due to exchange rate fluctuations.
Refunds for Upgrades
Within 14 days of the original purchase: Both the original purchase and the upgrade will be refunded (in two separate transactions).
More than 14 days after the original purchase, but within 30 days of the upgrade: Only the upgrade amount will be refunded.
Downgrades are not available; licenses will be canceled once the refund is processed.
Terminology
Original Purchase: The first license purchase.
Renewal: A payment that extends an existing license.
Upgrade: A payment that upgrades a license to a higher plan.
